The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff who made us feel at home. The pool areas were great for families, especially the splash pool. However, we found the evening entertainment to be a bit predictable, and the food quality at dinner did not match that of breakfast.

I loved being just short walks from both Playa de Can Cap de Bou and the picturesque Paseo del Port de Pollenca, which made exploring the area so much fun. the hotel had excellent staff who were always friendly and ready to help.

Our room was super comfy and spacious—perfect for the family setup. It was clean and modern with a nice outside seating area. Plus, having that view of the pool was a major win. we could keep an eye on the kids from the room. The shower was big too! No complaints about the accommodations at all. The kitchenette was handy for making snacks with the baby around.

Dining options were impressive, especially the themed nights and fresh Thai dishes which delighted everyone. However, the air conditioning wasn't operational until May, and the saltwater pools were uncomfortably cold during our stay. Additionally, the housekeeping service fell short with some delays in cleaning.
